Refund Policy

Placement of Order
Joining, training course or event registrations will not be confirmed until registration is complete and billing information is received in full. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit card or bank account used to place your order.
PropNex Realty Sdn Bhd will confirm enrolled participant by email no later than 30 days prior to the course or event date, except the cases when pre-registration/registration is received less than 30 days prior to the course or event. If enrolment confirmation was not received (which might occur due to the technical reasons), please call +603 7954 2233 or feel free to otherwise contact our office.

Pricing, Availability and Refund Policy
Whilst we try and ensure that all process, details, descriptions, prices and availability which appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price or payment of any joining, training course or event which you have registered, we will inform you on this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order or cancelling it. If you choose to cancel your order due to the error occurred, we will refund in full if you have already paid for the product or services.
Joining Fees are not refundable upon payment confirmation. Customer will not receive any credit or refund on all payment for any reason including resignation, termination and etc.

Course/Event’s Reschedule
PropNex Realty Sdn Bhd reserves the right to cancel any training course or event due to insufficient enrolment. Notice will be provided with the option to reschedule for a future course date or to receive a full refund of registration fees. We are not responsible for any expenses incurred by the customer if a training course is cancelled. If a training class is cancelled due to any unforeseen circumstances “force majeure”, the customer is entitled to reschedule for a future training course.
